The Schiff Nature Preserve is seeking enthusiastic, creative, and motivated candidates to apply for Instructor positions in our Summer Nature Programs. Located in Mendham, NJ, the instructors lead a wide range of environmental education activities. Instructors will be assisted by Counselors and Counselors-in-Training to provide outstanding environmental education experiences to the children who attend SNP. Schiff Nature Preserve has 15 miles of marked trails, and approximately 768 acres of protected land in the heart of beautiful Morris County, NJ. Instructors have so much at their fingertips as they utilize Schiff's fields, forests, and streams as an outdoor classroom. Instructors work 15 - 40 hours per week as part of a team of professional educators and will report to the Director of Summer Programming. Compensation is $18-$20/hour with discount for children attending SNP (if applicable) available.

Instruct and manage a group of up to 12 (4-5 year old children) daily
